Clock-in data

Clock-ins (date, time, type and position at Start and Stop) are kept for a maximum of five years, in accordance with Belgian legislation on the retention of social documents, and then deleted. This period will be adjusted if the announced reform sets a different one. App data is hosted in Europe. They are accessible to the employee concerned and to authorised persons in their company.

Personal data

The contact form collects your name, your company, your email address, your phone number (optional), your headcount and your message. This data is used only to respond to your request. It is kept for a maximum of three years from collection or the last active contact, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (DPA).

White paper

To download the white paper, you give your email address and, if you wish, your first name and company. Your data is used to let you download this white paper. If you have consented by ticking the dedicated box, which is never pre-ticked, it may also be used for direct marketing; every message contains an unsubscribe link. Downloading the white paper does not count as consent to receive our offers. Prospect data is kept for a maximum of three years from collection or the last active contact, unless you object or ask for erasure, and is then deleted or anonymised. The data needed to manage your objection may be kept so that we no longer contact you.
